Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase but we know that you may wish to send something back. We are happy to refund or exchange any product returned to us. Unless faulty we'd like this to be within 14 days of receiving the goods in your order. Please contact us if you wish to return an item for details of returns procedure. Unless faulty, items should be returned returned in its original state, unused and in original packaging. You will need to pay for the cost of returning the goods unless we have made an error with your order or the item is faulty.  We recommend that you get a free Certificate of Posting from the Post Office when you send items back to us. However, proof of sending is not proof of receipt by us.
If you have requested a refund, we will refund the amount you paid using your original payment method. You should expect to receive the refund within 14 days of the item being received, but we endeavour to do this asap and usually within 7 days of receiving.
When returning please include your name, address, order number, a contact email address and whether you wish to return or exchange the item(s). If you wish to exchange the item(s) please clearly state the item/size you wish to exchange it for. We will then process the exchange if we have the requested item in stock. If we don’t have the item in stock, we will contact you to advise you of this and organise for a refund by the method you originally paid.
If you return a product that is not in ‘as new’ condition, we reserve the right to either return the product to you, or reimburse you in gift tokens rather than refund your original payment method.

Faulty or incorrect goods received: 
We try very hard to offer only quality products and brands from good manufacturers and suppliers. However, from time to time, as with any item, faulty ones can slip through the net. If your order is faulty or you have received goods in error please contact us for help. When faulty products are received we will pay for the cost of any return but please contact us first for further details before returning.

Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013
This legislation offers you the following cancellation rights when you buy online or by phone:
• You are entitled to cancel your contract if you so wish, provided that you exercise your right no longer than 14 days after the day on which you receive the goods or services.
• Your right to return products does not apply to goods made to your specification, that have been clearly personalised or which by reason of their nature cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
• If you wish to exercise your right of cancellation, you are obliged to retain possession of the goods and take reasonable care of them.
• To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel your contract by a clear statement, including details of your name, geographical address, details of the order you wish to cancel and, where available, your phone number and email address.

•  If you decide to cancel, you should return the goods to us at your cost within 14 days of such cancellation and we will reimburse to you (by the method used to pay for the original transaction) the amount in relation to goods to which cancellation rights apply. This includes the cost of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you choose a type of delivery other than our standard and least expensive method of delivery).
• We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you. We will make the reimbursement no later than 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied.
